redeemed and significant

Redeemed  v. to buy or pay off, or clear by payment, to buy, to recover, to fulfill a promise, to make atonement, to offset, to release from captivity or bondage by paying a price or ransom, to deliver, to rescue
Significant   a. having meaning; expressive, important, momentous

You should feel significant, Scripture says, “While we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8)
Feel significant, feel important, you have purpose and meaning.
1 Corinthians 6:20 "For you have been bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body."
Psalm 139: 18 “His thoughts of you outnumber the sand on the beaches.” You are significant to Him!
1 John 4:9 “By this the love of God was manifested in us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world so that we might live through Him.”
Christ died for sin, that we may live. He paid the price. He redeemed us and freed us from captivity. We are His, we belong to Him.
With Christ’s love, the Spirit’s presence, and God’s hand in your life, you are significant; you are worthy to praise Him for all He has done in your life.

Psalm 62:7 “He is the rock of our strength, on Him our salvation and our glory rest.”
Psalm 37:4, 5 “Delight in Him, trust in Him, commit your way to Him; and He will give you the desires of your heart. Trust in Him, He will do it.”
Placing your trust in Him and giving Him every aspect of your life will give you peace in your heart.
Lay everything down at the foot of the cross. Cry out at the foot of the cross.
Philippians 4:6-7 “Don’t worry about anything, instead pray about everything. Tell God what you need and trust that He will do it, thank Him for all He has done. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
He will provide your every need, while you commit your life to Him, day by day, moment by moment.
Let the Spirit permeate your life.

Scripture says, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” (Romans 10:13)

Dear Lord Jesus, I believe in You… Thank You for giving Your life for me. Thank You for taking my sin and shame upon the cross. I need You… I need Your grace to forgive me, and I need Your love to change me. Thank You for Your amazing love. I accept You as my Lord and Savior. Now I am a christian, which means You live in me. I belong to You. I will live my life for You, loving others, as Your life changes me… Amen

Galatians 4:3-7 “Before Christ came, we were slaves to the world. But when the right time came, God sent his Son. God has sent Him to redeem us who were slaves, so that He could adopt us as His very own children. And because you have become His children, God has sent the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, and now you can call God your dear Father. Now you are no longer a slave, but God’s own child. And since you are his child, everything he has belongs to you.”

You inherit the kingdom of God! You inherit His love and His grace!
With your significant life, He can be momentous through you.

undistracted devotion

Does your devotional relationship with Christ satisfy?
Are you filled with the Spirit from your head to the tips of your toes?
Is your joy made complete in Him at all times?
His praises constant and ever thankful? (1 Thessalonians 5:16-18)
Meditate on this.

Jeremiah 29:11-13 God speaking to the Exiles
"For I know the plans that I have for you." declares the Lord, "plans for welfare and not for calamity; to give you a future and a  hope. Then you will call upon Me, and I will listen to you. You will seek  Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart."

2 Corinthians
-Devote yourselves to prayer- so that Satan will not tempt you  because of lack of self-control.
7:23  -You were bought with a price; do not become slaves of men, doing earthly things.
10:31   -Whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do to the glory of God. (Colossians 3:17)
*The body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. No burning the church! (E. Tweten)
7:34   -One who is unmarried is concerned about the things of the Lord, how she may please the Lord. That she may be holy, both in body and spirit. Promote what is appropriate to secure undistracted devotion to the Lord.

Pray this prayer: "Whatever happens now, then, never, near future, long run- I will still be me, who I am, Christ, You complete me, only You."

To find God, we must seek  Him with our whole heart. A half-hearted search is not sufficient. (Lady in Waiting, Kendal, Jones)

Psalm 51:10-12  Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me. Cast me not away from Thine presence, and do not take Your Holy Spirit from me. Restore unto me the joy of Thy salvation. And sustain me with a willing spirit.

To grow in our knowledge of God, we must seek Him. (Matthew 6:33)
And seek Him with a pure heart. (1 Timothy 1:5)
Seek His face!

Hebrews 11:6   Without faith it is impossible to please Him. He rewards those who seek Him.

As women of God, what else would we be doing with our time? Run to Him!
